President Muhammadu Buhari has said that it would take at least 18 months to resuscitate the nation's economy. He spoke at a meeting with the Nigerians In Diaspora Organization during his just concluded official visit to the United States of America.
He asked Nigerians living overseas but searching for jobs in the civil service back home to tarry awhile as the economy was in a bad shape and would take a minimum of 18 months to revive.
President Buhari however hinted that some of the job seekers would be hired as consultants to enable them contribute to national development.
