FG Seeks Revocation Of Dasuki's Bail

Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Matami (SAN) failed to appear before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday to explain the siege laid on the Abuja residence of  former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki by operatives of the Department of State  Services, DSS despite the bail granted him by the court.

Contrary to the expected  appearance of the AGF, the Director of Public Prosecution in the Ministry of Justice Mr. Mohammed Saidu Diri appeared in court with a fresh motion on notice requesting the revocation of the bail granted Dasuki in the unlawful possession of firearms and money laundering charges earlier filed against him.
