The Senate on Thursday demanded investigations into the fatal shooting of a National Youth Service Corps member, Miss Linda Angela Igwetu by a police officer on Wednesday.
Abujacitynews gathered that the deceased was shot around 3am on Wednesday by a policeman identified as Benjamin around a checkpoint near Ceddi Plaza in the Central Business District of Abuja.

The authorities of the Polytechnic Academic Staff Secondary School, Birnin Kebbi, have dismissed five members of its teaching staff for impregnating an SSS3 student of the institution.
