Petroleum products: Kano imposes N150/litre for diversion

Chairman of The Task Force on Distribution of Petroleum Products in Kano State, has said that marketers caught diverting petroleum products will be fined N150 per liter of the diverted products. Maku Faults Planned N17b Airport Project For Nasarawa State.

Former Minister of Information, Mr Labaran Maku has faulted the plan by Governor Tanko Almakura of Nasarawa State to borrow N17b to build an airport in the state. Describing the airport project as an avenue to steal, Maku advised banks against granting the N26b loan being sought by the state government.
