Amid the controversy surrounding his graduation from the Ahmadu Bello University, ABU, Zaria, Senator Dino Melaye representing Kogi West on Tuesday wore the
academic gown of the tertiary institution to the day's plenary.
The University had, on Monday confirmed that Melaye was a student of the institution and had graduated in 2000 with a Third Class Bachelor of Arts, BA (Hons) degree in Geography .
The Senator and the Vice- Chancellor of the ABU, Professor Ibrahim Garba had on Monday appeared before the Senate Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions, which investigated Dino Melaye's certificate scandal.
