The Federal Executive Council FEC on Tuesday observed a one-minute silence for Lt Col Muhammad Abu Ali and the other fallen heroes who paid the ultimate price in the war against Boko Haram terrorists.
The FEC meeting was presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari.
