President Muhammadu Buhari had a chat with the Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe on the sidelines of the 6th Tokyo International Conference on African Development, TICAD in Nairobi, Kenya.
He assured both existing and prospective foreign investors that their investments in Nigeria were secure and fully protected.
