Following the threat to withdraw his confirmation, the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, Abubakar Malami on Wednesday appeared before the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal matters.
He denied being behind the prosecution of the Senate leadership for alleged forgery as the matter predated his appointment.
