So Dino didn't give a speech at the Anti-Corruption Summit?

They say Senator Dino Melaye went to represent the Nigerian Senate at the Tackling Corruption Together Summit in London, but never gave a speech.

Anyway, don't know Dino as someone who would run away from giving a speech.
