Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Minister of Information and Culture has said that President Muhammadu Buhari will fulfill his campaign promises to Nigerians.

He however said that the implementation of Buhari's plans for the country is being delayed by issues concerning the passage and signing into law of the budget.

“This government will not neglect infrastructure development, and will ensure that there is good governance and zero tolerance for corruption.
