APGA supporters celebrate Victor Umeh's release (Photos)

The Department of State Services, DSS has released the National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Chief Victor Umeh who was recently whisked away to Abuja on suspicion of sponsoring the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.
