A short video of a man who stripped down to his underpants in a Guarantee Trust Bank, GTB banking hall yelling to have his complaint resolved has been trending on the social media.
The video shows the thirty something years old man sitting on the bare floor with his trousers and shirts lying next to him.
In the five-minute video, the angry customer desperately narrated his story to anyone who cared to listen while the bank's staff went about their duties seemingly oblivious of the drama around.
He cried that N150,000 was inexplicably deducted from his account and that despite repeated complaints, the bank had not showed seriousness in resolving the matter.
He vowed not to leave the bank until his one month old complain was resolved.
“You can take my photograph and video. I don't care. All I need is my money.
"GTBank, my money, give me my money. I have been patient enough,” he yelled.
