Security agents storm Abuja home of former Customs boss Abdullahi Dikko

Two bus loads of security operatives on Friday stormed the Abuja residence of ex-Comptroller General of Nigeria Customs Service, Abdullahi Dikko on Ahmed Musa Street, Jabi.

The combined team of mobile policemen and operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC reportedly arrived Dikko's house in two
Toyota Hiace buses marked RSH 555 AB and BWA 645 GA.

Vanguard reports that the former Customs Chief is out of the country, but his house is being searched with members of his family held hostage.

Sources said that the search on Dikko's house is not unconnected with his six years at the helm of Nigeria Customs Service.

Dikko was the Comptroller General of Customs from August 2009 till he resigned from the position in August 2015, three months into the Buhari administration.
