General Lawal Jafaru Isa, a former Military Administrator of Kaduna State and close friend of President Muhammadu Buhari has been arrested by the EFCC in connection with the ongoing $2.1b arms deals probe.
The retired General who is also a prominent member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC has reportedly undergone over 18 hours of questioning already.
