The appointment of Ahmed Lawan Kuru as the Managing Director of Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria, AMCON was on Thursday confirmed by the Senate.
Confirmed alongside Kuru were Kola Adeye, Eberechukwu Fortunate Uneze and Aminu Ismail as Executive Directors of the Corporation.
This followed the submission and the adoption of the report of the Senate Committee on Banking, Insurance and other Financial Institutions as presented by its Chairman, Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim.
