Buhari’s 11 Commandments For Ministers

The following 11 commandments are to be strictly adhered to by President Buhari's newly sworn in ministers if they are to remain in the change cabinet.

1.Foreign travels must be duty-related.

2. Ministers must operate within lean resources.

3. Ministers must not display flamboyance.

4. There must be strict adherence to the rule of law

5. Ministers must comply with Civil Service Rules.

6. You must live above board.

7. Ministers must co-operate with Permanent Secretaries.

8. There must be no rancour between ministers and ministers of State.

9. Appointment of some aides must be from the civil service

10. Number of vehicles in convoys must be minimized.

11. All ministerial decisions must lead to change.
