In this season of frequent rainfall, NNPC Special Marshalls Unit 18 Abuja on Wednesday embarked on an enlightenment program for road users.
The exercise is tagged "safer roads, fuller lives."
The special marshalls were seen at Banex Junction, Wuse 2 this morning educating motorists.
