, The Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration Safety Agency, Mr Patrick Ziakede Akpobolokemi was on Thursday relieved of his appointment. No reason was given for the sack.
Special adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adeshina broke the news to pressmen. He said President Buhari directed Akpobolokemi to hand over the management of NIMASA and all government property in his possession to the highest ranking officer in the agency who will run its affairs until the appointment of a new Director General.
